Draft. This document describes accurately how Estacell works today, but it has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. If you need a signed data processing agreement or a version your compliance team can rely on, write to [email protected] and we will provide one.

The agreement

By opening an Estacell account you agree to these terms with Kirpisoft (Çanakkale, Türkiye). If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to.

The trial

Fifteen days, every feature, no card. Nothing is charged at the end and nothing renews on its own. When it expires the panel becomes read-only: you keep access to everything and can export it, but cannot add new records until you choose a plan.

Paying

Prices are shown excluding VAT and quoted per company, not per user.
Turkish customers are invoiced in lira with VAT; customers elsewhere in US dollars.
Card payment is being switched on. Until then we invoice by bank transfer and activate the account by hand.
Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the period you already paid for.

Your responsibilities

Keep your passwords to yourself, and tell us if an account is compromised.
Have the right to contact the people you contact. Estacell is not a tool for buying lists or sending unsolicited bulk messages, and using it that way is a breach of these terms and of the channel providers’ rules.
Follow the rules of the platforms you connect — Meta, TikTok, Telegram and your phone provider each have their own, and they can suspend your access there independently of us.
Do not attempt to reach another company’s data, or to break the service for others.

What we promise

To run the service with reasonable care, keep your data in its own database, take backups, and tell you honestly when something breaks.

We do not promise a specific uptime percentage, because we are not going to write a number we cannot yet stand behind. What we do promise is that when there is an outage you will hear it from us rather than discover it.

What we do not promise

Estacell depends on services we do not control: your phone provider, Meta, TikTok, Telegram and OpenAI. If one of them changes an API, raises a price or suspends your account there, we will help but cannot undo it.

AI summaries are generated by a language model and can be wrong. They are a convenience, not a record — the recording and the transcript are the record.

Leaving

You can cancel from the panel at any time, with no exit fee and no phone call required. You keep read access, and everything can be exported.

We can suspend an account for non-payment or for a serious breach of these terms — and we will tell you why, in writing, before we do.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months. We are not liable for lost profit or lost business.

This does not limit anything the law says cannot be limited.

Changes and law

If we change these terms materially, account owners get an email at least 30 days beforehand. These terms are governed by Turkish law, and the courts of Çanakkale have jurisdiction.
